I have been working remotely for various clients over the past 12 years, and I describe myself as a Digital Project Manager, however, I am also a client-facing PM, you could say I am a hybrid of that and an Account Manager because I enjoy building trust with end-clients by doing my best to understand what they're hoping to achieve and bridging the gap between what they want and what’s realistic.

I love working within the agile framework and along with my facilitation skills, I can lead teams to work in a collaborative environment which in turn fosters trust and confidence. I am a big advocate for continual improvement and clear documentation. I regularly facilitate retrospectives, sprint planning sessions, daily stand ups and kick off meetings.

I have a keen eye for detail and appreciate good design in all its forms. My agency experience covers delivering many digital projects such as bespoke CMS’s (Oxford University Press & Lexico) to bespoke designed WordPress websites and mobile apps for NHS.

I absolutely love what I do, and I mostly enjoy being the facilitator to enable team members produce their best work and enabling the end-client to provide a comprehensive brief.
