I led all the process from the discovery to the delivery phase to understand what the users expected from this bundle page. I conducted Surveys, Card sorting and A/B test experiments as well as empathy map, and further understanding from data and inputs from Hotjar and the analytical team. I carried out ideation and a new structure for the site. I created all the visuals taking into consideration a massive design system (Used by other brands Verso", Vogue, GQ, Wired, New Yorker...) and copilot CMS, and I provided documentation and specifications to the engineers.

I carried out all the UX strategy, discovery and concept validation alongside a researcher and the lead designer. The UX strategy and building a roadmap tracking plan were vital to understand where we should focus and for how long. To be more granular, we conducted Interviews, User personas, Competitor Analysis and Workshops to set up the User stories from the epics, new architecture and Concept Validation testing iteration.
