- OstereoSenior Influencer ExecutiveMay 2017 - August 2018 (1 year and 3 months)Media, PA, USAMy role at Ostereo saw me start as a Marketing and Admin Intern and work my way up to becoming a Senior Influencer Executive within just 12 months. My duties whilst as the company included:- The creation and maintenance of an influencer network. When this project was pulled, I had been in touch with some of the world's biggest influencers across Instagram and YouTube, and had achieved a combined reach of over 400M globally.- The creation of social media packs for artists covering a wide variety of genres and personas. This included explaining the importance of social media, breaking down what each element is (e.g. engagement, reach and impressions) and providing ideas on how to use various platforms to their advantage. Some artists also required mock social media plans to work from.- I took a lead on creating influencer campaigns. This included getting in touch with influencers both over email and the phone to discuss the details of the campaigns we were running. I was responsible for achieving reach targets in the US, which involved seeking demographics off various tools and calculating an estimate US reach for each influencer we had shortlisted. I was also responsible for the monitoring of the campaigns, taking daily statistics from each influencer we worked with, and reporting to senior staff once the campaign was complete.- I was also involved with ad-hoc tasks covering music distribution, playlisting, and data inputting. During my time at Ostereo, I was also involved with the training of large groups of interns, providing information on the importance of social media in the music industry, covering the basics of social media, viral reach, and looking at case studies within the industry. This also included a teaching element, and guiding the interns through a set task, then marking work and determining who would best fit a role within the company.
