I have managed complex, strategic multi-partner programs and multi-year outsourcing agreements, working with both private corporations and public organizations. This has given me deep exposure to the intricate ecosystems within IT, Telecoms, and Rail services, particularly in managing the UK's Critical National Infrastructure.

In my last role with Smart DCC, I achieved tens of millions in cost savings and cost avoidance by implementing pricing methodologies and cost models to rationalize external supplier pricing and significantly improve transparency, which were highly appreciated by our regulator, Ofgem.
