Before I started working with Product Management tools, every IT project I was on failed. Teams and organisations were not giving value to the things that really mattered. There was a grey area between the IT department and the business that no one knew how to cross. With my approach to Product Management, I can work with your organisation and teams to figure out what is getting in getting in the way of your delivery. I bring over 12 years experience working across different technologies, on internally and externally facing products, right from vision and strategy, though discovery and onto dual track discovery and delivery.

Conceived and launched an online portal that increased channel share from 40% to 60% and grew the number of online users by 10,000 in one year. Led a team to integrate Product best practice into the ways of working, ensuring data and customer insight were used as part of the development process when they weren't before. Decommissioned several legacy systems to have one portal on modern microservices architecture. Established the portal as integral to the company operations, building a cross functional team of people from different departments.
