About Emma

Marketing is shiny. There’s glitz, glamour and constant noise. Platforms evolve, trends shift, and everyone’s promising a quick fix. But behind the sparkle, many businesses are left overwhelmed. Too much advice. Too many strategies. Too often doing too many things and struggling to drive growth.

It’s time to gain some clarity – that’s where Elemental Marketing comes in. I founded Elemental Marketing to help businesses grow and evolve. Marketing doesn’t need to be complicated. Marketing is all about understanding your market, your audience, positioning your brand, targeting and building authentic connections. I founded Elemental Marketing to help businesses grow and evolve, stripping everything back to the fundamental elements that
    truly works.

Inspired by the simplicity and balance of nature, I focus on the fundamentals of effective marketing:

    • Marketing Discovery (earth) - gain insight into your business and the current market; find out what works and discover the gaps.
    • Marketing Strategy (air) - lay the foundation for your marketing goals by focussing your targeting, positioning and objectives.
    • Marketing Planning (water) - map out a plan that keeps your strategy on track, ensuring everyone has a clear brief, project plan and budget.
    • Marketing Tactics (fire) - put your plan into action, make sure your business burns brightly and connects with customers.
By focusing on these essential elements, we can create marketing that is practical, actionable, impactful and designed to deliver measurable results.

    Other Elemental Marketing services include:

    • Marketing Campaigns & Events - plan and execute campaigns and events that connect with your audience and drive results.
    • Marketing Training - tailored sessions to equip your team with the skills and confidence to deliver effective marketing.
    • Marketing Speaker - engaging talks and insights on PR, marketing, communications, and business growth.
