I am an independent CFO and finance transformation partner with extensive experience supporting scale-ups, PE-backed and complex organizations through periods of growth, transformation and change.

I typically work with executive teams and investors on situations such as finance transformations, post-merger integrations, performance improvement programs, operating model redesign and financing events. My background combines strategic leadership at Group CFO level with a very hands-on execution style, enabling me to quickly diagnose issues, align stakeholders and deliver tangible business impact.

Over the past years I have led large-scale transformations in international, multi-entity environments, including building and restructuring finance organizations, improving EBITDA and cash performance, implementing new finance systems and supporting M&A and integration processes.
