I help companies work better by managing end-to-end projects that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation. I lead initiatives such as cloud migrations, Jira Service Management (JSM) implementations, Monday.com integrations, and other Atlassian solutions as part of a certified Atlassian Platinum and Monday.com Partner team.

My day-to-day involves backlog management, time tracking, resource coordination, and direct communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and deliver every project on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Working as Account Supervisor in TLC Worlwide, some of my main tasks are:

- Operating as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to our accounts.

- Managing a team of Account Managers.

- Website production and development.

- Negotiate and close budgets with partners and clients to maximise profits.

- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

- Prepare reports on account status.

- Brainstorming and help the team to improve campaigns and workflow.

- Project management of marketing campaigns: budget, timings, production and reporting.
