    I acquired Rugbytots Brighton & Worthing in 2018, and built a successful franchise, doubling its business value in just four years and selling the franchise to the new owner in July 2022. My vision was to build the business and increase enrolments by devising a multi-channel marketing strategy and owning a greater share of Sussex through purchasing new franchise areas including Eastbourne & Lewes. I sold the franchise to its new owner with 250 plus Rugbytots at weekend classes, in school and nurseries, along with eight fully qualified Rugbytots coaches.
    -Delivered business growth building from 80 Rugbytots in 2018 to over 250 Rugbytots by July 22
    -Commercially minded, managed the sale of the business, and secured new franchise owner. A successful handover achieved in record time of 6 weeks along with a full marketing strategy and clear communication to parents, press, coaches, and venues
    -Delivered multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase enrolments regionally through offline/online activities
    -Managed Facebook and Instagram social accounts offering a mixture of regional and national content
    -Partnered with local sixth form colleges and universities to provide first employment opportunities and mentor for student careers development
    -Pitched to local authorities and successfully received a sizable funding grant during COVID, which was not originally applicable to our type of business
    -Doubled weekend class numbers both digital and in person over COVID by adjusting class programmes to align with government guidelines
