After 25 years leading large-scale transformation programmes for organisations including: Unilever, HSBC, P&G, RBS, Ambank Group/ANZ, FirstBank Group, Fujax Group, Waitrose and TBC Bank, I work with businesses of all sizes as a Fractional Chief Strategy or Transformation Leader, typically 3 days a week. If your growth strategy is stalling, your operating model hasn't kept pace, or your leadership team is running on empty, that is where I come in. What makes my approach distinctive is a dual lens that integrates business performance with human and organisational capacity, because most strategies fail not because the thinking is wrong, but because the organisation doesn't have the bandwidth to carry them.

My work spans business strategy design, operating model redesign, organisational design, culture change, workforce transformation and programme delivery, across financial services, FMCG, technology, retail, utilities and venture capital, with international delivery across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the US and Europe.

As co-founder of yuzu+co, I have developed a Dual Operating System framework integrating business strategy and operations with human capacity, well-being and workforce performance.
