Successfully brought in PowerBI instead of Excel, initially to handle a problematic Excel report. The problem wasn't human error, it was overly complicated formula that regularly broke, leaving the current reporting method unusable. Once the implementation had been handled, it required a semi-automated process to distribute the information from PowerBI to the senior leadership team, including custom dashboards for the CEO and CFO. Saving the CEO and CFO 2 hours a day. From this implementation project I moved on to creating tools for the sales and finance teams to help evaluate performance, forecasting and projecting account growth.
