I worked as an exchange consultant for Seda College conducting meetings, presentations and taking questions from prospective clients within the Leads created by Seda themselves. I also worked with post sales on retaining sales and reversing cancellations for leads who made down payments and would like to cancel their enrolment in the exchange programme. WORK EXPERIENCE

In July 2022 I started a new job, taking over now (BDM) to help start-ups at their first point of contact with a potential customer, information about the products, services, market and what else the company wants to provide. The company's portfolio comprises of Cleaner Company, Restaurants, Gyms, Student Accommodation and Student Pack. Since September I have been working in the management and development of a fitness studio recently acquired by the group. Structuring marketing actions, administrative operations and business development and customer service.

I was General Manager of the Clinic, managing from Social Media like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads Dealings with customers, supplies, reception and Support to the aesthetic and administrative team. Front of house, Customer Service Support, Marketing campaigns and Sales actions.
