• Define the measures of success for which the project delivery will be measured.

• Analyse business issues and recommend appropriate process re-engineering along with automation options as appropriate. Provide recommendations based on analysis of costs and benefits.

• Support analysis required for the sponsor creating their Business Case.

• Identify requirement outcomes and work with the business to detail specific requirements that align to the outcomes stated.

• Assess the impact of change to the agreed requirements in areas such as the scope, time to deliver, cost of delivery, quality and impacts on benefits.

• Work with the business area to re-engineer processes and where necessary align to automation opportunities identified.

• Plan, design and document high level process designs and low-level detailed user stories for automation.

• Identify test requirements based on the specific requirements agreed and work with the business to test scenarios under development to meet these requirements

• Maintain stakeholder relationships through all levels of the stakeholder engagement matrix escalating to the Project Manager where required.

• Maintain day to day communication within the team and stakeholders throughout projects, building positive working relationships and driving successful outcomes
