My focus is on delivery recovery, backlog triage and prioritisation, RAID governance, and executive-ready reporting, particularly in cloud and infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

I have over 10 years of international experience leading complex IT programmes, including large-scale cloud migrations and TSA / separation exits, working with cross-functional and multi-vendor teams.
