Helped identify and create new use cases on behalf of third-party businesses interested in incorporating Artificial Intelligence, (Deep Learning or Machine Learning Technology) in order to improve existing business processes as well generate new business models that can lead to up to the minute market opportunities through creating innovative products and services. Projects I have worked on so far includes Customer Churn Problems as well Price Prediction Modelling and Image Recognition. Areas where I have been involved in developing an AI strategy is in eCommerce, Insurance, Hospitality and Customer Support.

As a Business System Analyst with Clements Worldwide, (Motor Insurance Company), I was employed on a 6 month fixed term contract to help bring about the digital transformation of their existing payment system. My other responsibilities included eliciting business requirements from stakeholders so as to determine new market opportunities through digital transformation, identifying key areas where product changes can make the best impact in terms of retaining and growing their customer base and look at areas within the business where use cases can be identified and developed so as create new market opportunities. The other part of my job included creating requirement documents and managing change in accordance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices, managing stakeholders, creating business process diagrams. Also, acted as the liaison between our business units and vendors, technology teams, and support teams in order to resolve day to day IT issues.
