Managing and overseeing all Recruitment for the Virgin Red team. This role saw me set up the TA function, creating and defining the Recruitment process, pipelining talent and creating a streamline candidate experience. Working closely with Senior stakeholders and collaborating with Finance to create a hiring strategy that supported the companies hiring forecast to become less reactive and more proactive. During this time I saved the business hundreds of thousands in Recruitment fees, improved the quality of the candidate experience and created a streamline, time & cost efficient Recruitment lifecycle, later hiring in and training up a TA Coordinator to support.

Reporting into the CPO, this was a newly formed role, created with a vision to bring cohesion and alignment within VirginRed and VML's Recruitment process after the success of the in-house model at VRed. Overseeing the Recruitment department throughout the full Recruitment life cycle, partnering with Executive and Senior Leadership teams across the VCo's, including VirginRed, VML, VMUSA and VirginUnite. This role saw me move the business to a predominantly In-house Recruitment model, whilst improving the overall candidate experience and bringing to life the culture of Virgin throughout the candidate journey. Virgin Management is the home of Virgin, it supports the Branson family and the growth of the Virgin brand by developing and nurturing valuable Virgin businesses around the world. The team of circa 180 employees across two offices in London and New York. It also works alongside Virgin Unite, the entrepreneurial foundation of the Virgin Group and is home to Virgin Start Up, a not-for-profit organisation that delivers government backed loans, mentoring and other support to entrepreneurs in the UK.

Brought in to support during a busy period, focussing predominantly on Hogarth Shenfield, recruiting for their CGI department, alongside offering my expertise within Shoot Production and Post across the other company joint ventures, supporting with knowledge sharing and guidance to new members of the team.
