I specialise in RAID management, stakeholder coordination, portfolio reporting, and governance — and I'm known for being calm under pressure and effective in ambiguous environments where delivery discipline matters.

Before moving into consultancy, I spent four years as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher with the London Ambulance Service, managing real-time risk, multi-agency coordination, and senior briefings in one of the UK's highest-pressure operational environments. That background shapes how I work — methodical, clear, and reliable when it counts.

More recently I've been supporting founders and small businesses with operational delivery and digital transformation, including scoping and coordinating website and MVP builds as the bridge between business and technical stakeholders. I completed a Full Stack Development bootcamp in 2024, which means I can hold my own in technical conversations without pretending to be a developer.
