As the founder of Nahual IT, my mission was to transform software QC from a bottleneck into a business accelerator. I helped technology companies sleep soundly knowing their platforms were robust, scalable, and accessible. We didn't just sell testing; we sold the confidence necessary for my clients to innovate faster without sacrificing the end-user experience. I worked on projects in Banking, Finance, Gov, e-commerce, ERP, and CRM developments. I have 15 years of experience in the business. I have managed teams of up to 80 people providing service to clients in the USA, Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico.

I conduct accessibility testing for digital products produced by the government, for the government itself, or for citizens. I validate that the systems can be used autonomously, comprehensibly, and without barriers by people with disabilities, allowing them to complete real service flows (queries, option selection, navigation, and receiving responses), in accordance with the WCAG 2.2 criteria level A, AA, and AAA. The main focus of the evaluation is the experience of users who use screen readers, without excluding other disability profiles that may also be affected by barriers in conversational interfaces.

I design the complete strategy, from the flows to be tested, the test cases, and the environments:

* Android: TalkBack, Accessibility Scanner, screen recording

* iOS: VoiceOver, Accessibility Inspector

* Accessibility settings: text size, zoom, contrast, bold text, color inversion

I interpret functional test cases and convert them into automated test scripts. We created our own framework using Ruby on Rails, Java, and Selenium. Our framework ran more than 300 tests every night. After each run, in the morning, we evaluated the errors detected and made the corresponding reports. This framework gave the project (a financial solution) great technical robustness and consistent quality in each delivery.
