Responsibilities & Project Assignment: - Various Clients Office 365 migration specialist. Working on Day to Day Tickets for Windows issue and servers maintains & Housekeeping work on server side as per client requirement. Doing live migration of server from 2003 or 2008 to 2012 and 2016. Working on Office 365 migration and recently did three projects within a month. Meet with customers to understand their business requirements; document requirements and build solution design and operational support documents. Following up users via Phone/email regarding pending & escalated issues. & supporting L2/L3 level task related to Windows \ Citrix \ VMware & Network issue. Analyze, design, and implement mission critical storage and backup infrastructure/architecture and ensure high levels of data quality and availability. Managing Win Server 2008/2012/2016, Domain Controller and creating and managing users, group & OU. Implementing group policy. Troubleshooting & implementing of Window and Citrix related issues like:- Server and Network Level: (Microsoft, Citrix) Installation of servers (Hardware and Software), Routers, Desktops, Firewalls, Citrix XenApp 6.5. Daily bases desktop and server level troubleshooting like Microsoft office, OS, DC, file server, Router and firewalls configuration. Managing structured cabling and making plans for new projects. Active directory related issues, DNS & DHCP Issue. Managing & Monitoring WI-FI Routers, Switches, CCTV Camera's (DVR and NVR) Firewall Level: (Dell SonicWALL/ Fortinet / Cyberoam) Complete knowledge of SonicWALL – Firewall Series (E-Series, NSA Series, and TZ Series). Managing vpn connectivity, site to site connectivity.  Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely and on-site.  Maintaining and administering perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.  Installation and configuration of Fortinet and Cyberoam firewalls.

Project:- Delhi International Airport Delhi. Server Level: Managing Win Server 2003/2008, Domain Controller and creating and managing users, group & OU. Implementing group policy Managing Active directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Managing antivirus server, Patch Management, checking alerts and definition file on daily basis, preparing reports. Knowledge of disk quota management, Group Policy implements. User Profile implementation and maintenance. Maintaining the MIS and other report's monitoring/troubleshooting Client system (OS and all applications). Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out. Desktop Level: Installation and configuration of Windows XP/2007/2008 and Windows server 2003/2008. IT supports for Terminal3 Airport including IT subsystems such as PAVA, ACS (Access control system), BMS (Building Management System), UFIS Network etc. Providing Technical support to End User – for End User applications (MS Outlook, SAP GUI, and other applications software). Work over ITIL (BMC Remedy user tool). Configuration and troubleshooting of wireless connections for laptops. Troubleshooting problems of clients and users through the Remote desktop and VNC Viewer. Network Printers installation and Configuration (HP 3055, Mf1522, and Xerox 7232, cannon series). Handle networking issues related to FIDS (Flight Information Display System). Data Center Operation:- Responsible for complete follow up of Data Centre Hygiene process for better efficiency to run services by 24x7. Responsible to maintain the data center security norms in respect of physically & logically. Responsible to maintain the best practices in DC Racks management which included installation/alignment/ decommission/ installation of cabling, patch panels & PDUs. Responsible for proper distribution of power within the facility and to equipment racks. Responsible for prompt repair of any failed or degraded DC equipment with the help of associated technical teams or vendors.
