Over 25 years I've led end-to-end ERP implementations across SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, IFS, Dynamics 365, and Acumatica — not as a technical configurator, but as the person who redesigns how a business works and then builds the systems to support it.

My career has been defined by cross-functional delivery: I've rolled out ERP across 9 countries for NewCold, completely re-engineered every operational function at Digital Planet from finance to warehouse floor, and served on the senior leadership team at Ingram Micro. I lead at the intersection of technology, process, and people — aligning stakeholders from C-suite to shop floor, managing teams of 50+, and owning budgets north of €30M.
