Born in London but I've traveled to 37 different countries and lived in 4. 🌎

At the start of 2020, I'd just moved to a new country! As the world shut down, I found myself in a bit of a pickle, so figured out how to work online. Now I find myself, I guess what is now being referred to as a Digital Nomad, as I love to combine travel and work.

Whilst building my online business, I have been involved in various HR, Recruitment & Business Development projects using my skills and adapting to the needs of different remote businesses. It's been a challenge but fun! I've had the opportunity to recruit the most random selection of roles from Head of Operations to Online Tai Chi Instructor, Remote Project Managers to Virtual Bartenders. I've recruited for countless roles within different areas including Digital Marketing, Tech, Sales, Operations & Content.

I've helped build teams, refine HR processes, and create positive work cultures promoting staff engagement, well-being, diversity, and inclusion.

While working online, I have been so happy seeing remote working come alive, and strongly believe this most certainly needs to be a part of the future working world! So, I love working through platforms like Upwork that encourage this!

I also enjoy teaching, coaching, and mentoring. As well as Interview Coaching, I teach Business & Conversational English to people from all over the world. I'm learning Spanish and like to write about the world too!
