At AMLondon I started their boyswear brand, this was from inital branding, desiging, liasing with factories and then launch. I slowly built a team that was able to grow and develop the brand. After the success of the boywear we were able to launch into girlswear where I moved into the role of overseeing all design of the kidwear department. Design was not only integral to my role but I also had a vital input in regards to buying and sales. Constantly working with our customers and platforms to gain knowledge of the product. Joining the company at such an early stage enable me to obtain many opportunties. Taking advantage of my strong communicaton skills I co-ordinated and ran the 'family' ranges. This involved matching styles across mens/ladies and kids - from nightwear to knitwear to outerwear. With seasonal product being a vital part of this area I also became a strong influence for the Christmas ranges which naturally progressed into being head of this area across the whole business. This involved heading up and presenting the key trends for the season. Co-ordinating designers, buyers and further teams in making sure this area as a whole maintained its winning formula and best selling products.

During my time at IntheStyle as a womenswear designer I gained a valuable insight into the fast paced UK fashion company. I started my career as a junior print designer. Working directly with the UK and international suppliers, I was able to grow this role. After proving my effectiveness within this area, my role consequently progressed from not only print but garment design. Working across multi product categories; sleepwear, swimwear, activewear and celebrity collections, I had the opportunity to completely get involved with all collection developments; from initial briefing, meetings with celebrities, research and development, design, production, photoshoots and organising fashion shows and launch parties. I have the ability to adapt to all challenges and can communicate effectively within all important areas of the business, this contributing majorly towards their success. Understanding both print and garment design gave me comprehensive knowledge and an advantage that enabled me to be a key part of their design team.
