Vueling Airlines sought my experience to establish a customized Product Discovery process tailored specifically for their Digital business unit.

The primary objective of this collaboration was to foster strategic alignment, enhance business agility, and ensure that the right products were validated before development.

By improving collaboration with IT and implementing an outcome-based product roadmap, Vueling aimed to increase transparency and seamlessly align product discovery with product delivery, ultimately creating valuable, usable, feasible, and viable products for both the airline and its customers.

With the adoption of Product Discovery, the project sought to achieve the following outcomes:
• Integrate Product Discovery as a standard practice for Vueling's Digital Product Teams
• Drive strategic alignment by developing an outcome-based product roadmap that incorporates product discovery efforts.
