    • Instigated establishment of science-based ESG target with 90% of the global supply base through revision of portfolio strategies and specific campaigns covering 17000+ suppliers.

    • Led the development and implementation of a new functional digital strategy encompassing global spend visibility automation, e-sourcing and performance management tools across the entire functional footprint. As well as successfully delivered the market’s 1st AI procurement, Chatbot called GENI for self-service buying.

    • Transformed the service model from savings capture to value and risk management through enhancement of business partnering and category management capabilities, which allowed a consistent delivery of an ROI of 8-10x year on year to support the business growth.

    • Delivered 15% efficiency on the functional run cost in 2021 by matching demand to available global capacity and creating a flexible resourcing across the entire talent pool, pending new Operating Model.

    • Designed in 2022 a New Operating Model integrating £500Mn of Leaf scope into procurement together with the integration of GBS capabilities, leading to further efficiency gains and uplift of capabilities for the future. Led the restructuring activities across 14 core countries impacted (£5Mn restructuring).
