As a certified SAP Sales & Distribution Consultant in PwC, I am involved in large digital transformation projects, mainly around SAP system implementation. My project experience includes:

• SAP S/HANA European Finance Transformation Project of a large Dutch brewing company: as a central PMO, I was responsible for building reporting dashboards in PowerBI and Excel, weekly data analysis, presenting critical information to C-level management, and managing defects and tickets on Jira;

• SAP S/HANA Business Transformation Project of a Japanese multinational motorcycle company: together with a group of skillful SAP logistics consultants, we collect business requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and designed to be processes enabled by SAP through a series of workshops and PoCs, and create test cases and specifications.

Signify is the world leader in lighting for professionals and consumers and lighting for the Internet of Things. During my internship at Signify, I am responsible for social media support of the customer learning to better tune our digital/social promotion and delivery of educational content to the needs and interests of specific target audiences. The tasks I perform daily include:

• Social media moderation and engagement, social media listening (using different tooling like Sprinklr), social media dashboard reporting.

• Increase social footprint (LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook).

• Support company NPS and Brand Preference dashboard.

• Activation of various learning programs via our learning platforms.

• Global Webinar support

• Promote gamification concepts in learning
