I'm experienced in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Scrum@Scale, managing distributed teams, creating documents, Jira, confluence, and miro.

Also, I'm skilled and experienced in backlog prioritization techniques, story creations and backlog management using the INVEST/START and 'DEEP' criterion respectively, conducting scrum team health checks, organizational agile health checks, moderation, process facilitation and improvement.

I conduct all Scrum ceremonies: backlog grooming/sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and retrospective. I've been faced with using Kanban methodology on a support project.

I prefer to use Jira to help teams plan, track, and release increments, confluence for documentation, Slack for text communication, and Zoom for online meetings.
