Harish Gunasekaran

Associated with the team of Experimental Neurosurgery at Paris brain and spinal cord institute (ICM, Hôpital Pitié Salpêtrière) to investigate the cognitive inhibition, cortico-muscular and subcortico-muscular coherence in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) implanted with deep brain stimulation (DBS) using M/EEG and EMG measurements during gait. The scientific quest is to understand and mitigate the freezing of gait (FOG) and fall problem in patients suffering with PD.
