During my time at IBM, I led various projects for our client BP (British Petroleum) as a Scrum Master. I coordinated the development of native web and Salesforce applications with teams that were split across 3+ timezones whilst driving continuous improvement on a day-to-day basis.

- Acted as Facilitator and Educator of Agile for both Delivery Teams and BP clients by designing and leading training sessions on the Scrum Framework
- Removed impediments and implemented long-term preventative solutions where possible
