I help organisations figure out what they're actually saying, who they need to say it to, and how to make it land.

Most of my work sits at the strategy layer: messaging frameworks, stakeholder maps, narrative architecture, communications audits. The kind of documents that should exist before anyone briefs an agency or writes a single piece of content, but usually don't.

I work best with organisations at a decision moment: a rebrand, a funding round, a regulatory challenge, a reputation that's drifted from where it should be. The deliverable is always a document you can actually use - structured, specific, and written so your team or agency can run with it.

My background is in strategic communications across tech, innovation, and policy. I work async and to fixed scope, which means no retainer drift and a clear output every time.

I supported innovation and policy consultancy Access Partnership as Head of Communications. I launched a thought leadership report on AI compute for Qualcomm; advised Indonesian sovereign wealth fund Danantara on narrative development and executive profiling; and profiled UK scale-up TrustedHousesitters on corporate communications in the UK and US. This was a contract position until March 2026, with a one month's notice period.
