- Sales support on solution definition, scoping, estimation, proposals, SOWs and staffing plans for new projects.

- Solutions architecture in different project phases from pre-sales to succesful handover to internal and external teams.

- Responsibility on different internal practice development initiatives worldwide.

Being part of Acquia Europe since its beginning, I delivered successful engagements in Europe, North and South America, Asia and Middle East involving training, discovery, architecture, infrastructure design, auditing, performance and security assessments. Helped growing the technical side of the professional services team in Europe helping delivering a mix of prime deals with strategic consulting engagements. Worked with different internal teams, external partners and directly with clients shaping and implementing large scale enterprise Drupal projects.
