As Contracts Manager at Professional Signs, I am responsible for establishing the Contracts Department and providing strategic oversight on all contractual matters across ongoing projects. As a Senior Contracts Engineer at C&P, I took on key responsibilities in drafting, analyzing, and managing multiple contracts to ensure adherence to fair and balanced contract guidelines. With the help of the Contracts manager, I helped lay the foundation for the Contracts Department in the company; Following the departure of the Company's Contracts Manager, I served as reporting functioning Contracts Manager for 2 years, overseeing department resources and coordinating closely with our consultant. I was entrusted with reviewing Purchase Orders and Subcontracts and spearheading negotiations for high-value Purchase Orders exceeding 50 million SAR. As a Senior Contracts Engineer, my role entailed:

• Interpret, draft, and negotiate FIDIC contract models including (Red, Yellow, Silver and Green) books.

• Lead and spearhead negotiations with Suppliers and Subcontracts in terms of Subcontract and Purchase Order terms.

• Set Framework agreements for Suppliers and Subcontractors.

• Help review Letter of Credits and liaise with our Bank concerning the conditions that shall be included as per the PO.

• Manage different Contracts for the Company's ongoing projects.

• Deal with Clients, Subcontractors, and Company Project Managers to ensure contractual obligations are met.

• Prepare and assist with Risk assessment within Contracts review. (FIDIC & Ad Hoc Contracts)

• Perform all clarifications for contract meetings and coordinate with other departments.

• Respond to inquiries, resolve problems concerning Contracts, and manage resolution of disputes.

• Draft, Develop, and implement acquisition strategies for Company contracts.

As a Contracts Engineer at ECG, I gained experience working on different consultancy agreements, including FIDIC White Book and

bespoke consultancy contracts, managing relationships with Projects' Clients and Contractors. My responsibilities included drafting various range of Agreements such as Memorandums of Understanding (MOMs), Service Agreements, Joint Ventures (JVs), Consortiums, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) ensuring precision and alignment with project requirements. My role therein included:

• Spearheading Contract Negotiations with International Consultants, based in UAE and KSA, with which we had joint projects

• Drafting and issuing Contractor's Packages.

• Managing Client-Contractor disputes and providing potential solutions for them.
