I am a commercially aware PMO/Change Manager with extensive experience leading largescale transformation programmes across financial services and global organisations

I help organisations deliver complex change in a way that feels structured, transparent, and results driven. Over the years, I’ve supported global businesses through mergers & acquisitions, ERP/CRM (SAP S/4 Hana, Saleforce, ServiceNow) rollouts, digital transformations, and regulatory programmes always with a focus on making things simpler, clearer, and more effective for the teams involved.

I am passionate about making projects run efficiently turning governance and processes into real enablers of delivery, not just box ticking exercises. For example, at RBC I helped improve portfolio prioritisation by 40%, sped up issue resolution by 35%, and saved £500k through better resource use. At Lloyds, I delivered £126m in savings by strengthening vendor processes and streamlining RAID reporting so leadership could make faster, better decisions.

Typically, I work on large scale programmes (£20m–£200m+) where there are lots of moving parts from M&A integrations to system upgrades, cloud migrations, and regulatory change.
