Relevant Experience

– Led NHS Wales tender (MAR500870) for Urathon Ltd (CGM devices), covering bid strategy, ISO policy drafting, and pricing.

– Supported SMEs with compliant bids to NHS SBS, CCS, and ICBs, including Cyber Essentials and partnership documentation.

– Drafted NHS-compliant contracts for CGM and mobility aid supply chains.

Why Me

Support the team in planning and delivering large-scale programme events such as inductions in line with HEE guidelines, managing four PDT induction cycles per year, including pre-arrival comms, a three-day onboarding programme, and post-event evaluation. Organise weekly CPST teaching (in-person and online) and out-of-term events such as mock CASC exams. Standardise procurement for teaching by vetting suppliers and onboarding new vendors where needed. Handle day-to-day supply orders, raise workflow requests via e-procurement, authorise orders placed by others, and maintain related reports.

Coordinate with the PG Coordinator and College Tutors to deliver Academic Programmes at Springfield and Tolworth (15-week cycles). Act as liaison between procurement, expenses, and trainees to ensure timely payments for teaching-related needs. Maintain finance logs and assist in reconciliation processes, representing medical education across finance systems.

Manage study leave end-to-end for PDTs and consultants—from application processing to claim submission and payment coordination. Oversee information management by evaluating complex data, updating trainee records, and ensuring accurate database maintenance. Collect and report trainee attendance data, supporting PMEC needs.

Ensure GDPR compliance, handling sensitive data with discretion, including complaints and feedback. Support governance and quality assurance efforts to meet LDA and regulatory requirements through data collation, recording, and monitoring. Maintain effective stakeholder communication with consultants, senior management, and external providers. Ensure adherence to Trust’s financial protocols and manage budgets/resources. Process study leave claims and prepare monthly financial reports for HEE and internal finance teams.

As a part of the transformation team, I was required to facilitate operations between the clinical groups

and the Senior management corporate team to ensure efficient delivery of services, resolving issues with

the delivery of service and I was also required to analyse data with the objective of formulating strategies

and action plans to improve the services for the community.

My role involves supporting senior project and programme managers as well as the director of

transformation working on projects by the Transformation team across clinical and corporate settings,

facilitating clinicians, operational and business intelligence leads.
