I'm a UX Writer and AI Content Designer, originally from Toronto and living in Paris, with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of language, product, and design. I started my career in technical writing and editorial work before moving into UX writing and content design, embedded in agile product teams across SaaS, advertising, and eventually AI.

For the last few years, my focus has been on conversational AI and LLM products, designing dialogue systems, editorial guardrails, and voice and tone guidelines for complex AI experiences. I'm equally comfortable writing microcopy in Figma, working through a content audit, or explaining a technical concept to a non-technical stakeholder.
