As an Agile manager, I provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to both management and C-Suite executives and key Agile business transformation stakeholders, as well as teams.I have gained extensive experience in managing teams and advising organizations in both finance and government, leading by example and challenging the status quo to promote an environment and culture of continuous improvement.

My extensive professional and management experience, and added to that a Master of Science in Management, allows me to help teams excel and contribute to their development.
I do this mainly by providing practical examples, founded in theory, which deliver results and using a ‘hands-on’ approach if needed.

In order to effectively harness organizational change I use three basic approaches to organizational change – directed change, planned change and guided
changing – while properly considering concomitant challenges for organizations and their change agents.
