Most organizations don't have a data problem, they have a process problem that shows up in their data. Duplicate records, reporting that doesn't reflect reality, CRM fields nobody fills in because nobody agreed on what goes in them. These are symptoms, not the root cause. I help companies untangle that.

I work with scaling B2B companies to build the operational infrastructure that holds up as they grow: CRM implementation and optimization, data architecture, workflow design, and the documentation that makes systems stick beyond the engagement. My entry point is usually a CRM that isn't doing what it's supposed to, but the work almost always goes deeper than the tool.
