Founder and CEO of the largest tuning and motorsport fair in Poland. Every year, on 90 000 m2 I gather around 1,000 selected top notch projects from all over Europe, as well as the biggest companies and automotive celebrities to over 40 000 specators. My task is to develop the event's directions, supervise the team of 20 people and manage cooperation with key partners. I work closely with Targi Kielce S.A., the second largest trade fair center in the CEE

region. I'm also responsible for all tailor made applications and IT solutions necessary to run the event.

• Built and optimized Elasticsearch-based search engine to handle large datasets with low-latency responses.

• Implemented NLP pipelines (Python + ML) integrated with PHP services.

• Deployed and managed microservices on Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and scalability.
