James Brighouse

My main duties at Galloways Bakery include serving customers in a time efficient and friendly manner, as to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. I also have the responsibility of preparing the shop front in time for customers entering. This involves displaying products, preparing a wide variety of sandwiches to a high standard and ensuring that the shop floor is clean and tidy.

Within this role I was responsible for supporting the provision of personal care and companionship of service users within their homes. This involved assisting them to perform daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing and dispensing of medication. I was also responsible for maintaining daily written records to monitor client needs and to ensure that service users are continually safeguarded.
