Responsible for leading the implementation of the Voice of Customer (NPS) programme across EMEA and for increasing adoption, alignment & sharing best practice of the Global CRM System in Western Europe

• Effectively introduced and embedded the closed loop NPS system into 17 European countries

• Instigated a robust governance model for active user engagement & alignment of the Global CRM System, increasing adoption and user satisfaction within 6 months

• Enabled regional teams to implement integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns

• Devised & implemented the "Opportunities" module to track & manage new business in 5 businesses

• Devised & led the implementation of the "4 Disciplines of Execution" tracked within the CRM system

Set up and led the Voice of Customer programme and supported Market Access initiatives across UKI

• Set up, led, & embedded the closed loop "Voice of Customer" programme in the UKI which has led to multiple associated improvement projects

• Wrote and presented Health Technology Appraisal to Healthcare Improvement Scotland resulting in the technology being included in the Innovative Health Technologies Overview programme

• Led the implementation of a residential patient training centre from business case through to launch

• Supported field Market Access Team with pathway development programmes leading to significant therapy growth in target accounts

• Partnered with patient organisations to develop and implement home dialysis growth initiatives
