Assumed critical leadership for a device change process within a global SAP project, coordinating over 100 team members across international sites (China, USA, UK, South Africa) and establishing documented processes. Led the end-to-end product development of an IIoT solution for the energy sector, including international market evaluation (Asia, USA, Europe) and managing a distributed team (Frankfurt, Lisbon). Ecosystem Engagement Actively mentoring in various startup programs, including the ARC Start-up Accelerator (American University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia).
