A former corporate lawyer in a top Parisian law firm, I have advised large groups on their merger and acquisition operations and strategies in France and abroad.
I then became an entrepreneur and CEO, managing a 6M EUR company and eventually an investment banker for a Paris M&A boutique.
These three dimensions help me to advise start ups an scale ups in their growth path as well as in their exit strategies providing unique hindsight and experience and an agile and thorough perspective to corporate leaders.
