As a leader & citizen I’m an ally of modern causes & inclusion principles. Promoting mental health awareness, D&I and rational empathy between colleagues, teams & people, I focus on fostering safe spaces where people feel at ease to remain critical, themselves, respectful and heard.

As a 15+y agile champion I firmly believe culture & trust are cornerstones towards building resilient teams in multi-delivery environments where changing strategy and vision needs to funnel towards actual software.

I find my energy in organizing the chaos we know working in "IT" implies and build towards excellence & empathy with the teams and people involved. I can do this through many buzzwords and practices ranging from Agile to Safe, LeSS, Rituals, Scrum, Jira, OKR's and other three letter words. Although I mainly care that we do things right, objectively and consistently :).

Professionally I focus on making any methodology a culture more than a process, give people the freedom to own their roles, make mistakes, grow together and deliver cool shit whilst having fun doing all that.
