I've been a social listening analyst for almost 6 years as a freelancer and a regular employee for Nestle and Ogilvy. I had an experience working with brands such as : Nestle US, Nestle, Canada, Nestle PH, Nestle Trinidad and Tobago, Nestle Jamaica, Wyeth PH, Uniqlo, C2, Unilever, Nivea, Johnson & Johnson and many others. I'm also an expert when it comes to using social listening tools: Sprinklr, Social studios by Salesforce, Meltwater, Talkwater, Newswhip Spike, etc.

Most of the areas I cover include: Consumer Insights, Social Listening, Sentiment Analysis, Brand Report, Trendjacking, Data Visualization, Data Analysis, Content Performance Reports, Audience Profiling, Influencer Identification, Social Media Strategy, Influencer/KOL Vetting, Competitor Analysis.

I also love research and was able to be chosen to present in a Harvard conference called HPAIR in 2017 held in Australia.
