I bring together ideas, language and people to help make change happen. If you’re trying to change or explain something that feels difficult — I can help. I have spent my career translating between technical teams and human reality — helping organisations articulate and digest complex change in ways that make sense, land humanely, and lead to action.

I’m often brought in when things are unclear or just plain hard: transformation, uncertainty, social impact, tension, or human vulnerability. I’m known for being warm, trusted, and for getting things done — particularly when clarity really matters.

I align change plans with leading methods such as ADKAR plus creating new ones to fill gaps to structure change communications campaigns and people risk assessment and management.

Increasingly, my work focuses on meaning-making and breaking through the tribal narratives: helping organisations bring coherence and leaders to say what they actually mean. In turn, people feel seen, respected, and able to understand what’s happening around them. This means acting as the trusted partner joining senior leaders, Change, HR/ People & Culture, Comms and other stakeholders to bring about change.

I work and write to clarify, simplify and illuminate. This can be anything from teasing out and articulating a vision or new way of working (not just a TOM!), to Intranet content and sponsor updates, change portfolio roadmaps or townhall scripts for senior leaders.
