I am a freelance strategic advisor with experience across institutional investment, sustainability strategy, stakeholder engagement, DEI recruitment and international communications.

My strength is synthesis. I take research, frameworks and stakeholder input and translate it into strategy that organisations can actually act on. I have done this in senior roles at an institutional real estate investor, in recruitment strategy for leading cultural institutions, and in communications roles spanning 20 countries.

Recent projects include independently authoring a publicly published nature risk whitepaper for one of the Netherlands' largest institutional investors, leading a Double Materiality Assessment process, facilitating public-private stakeholder dialogues with municipal and sector partners, and advising fund managers on ESG strategy implications.

Earlier work includes senior DEI recruitment strategy for organisations including Nationaal Ballet Amsterdam and Conservatorium van Amsterdam, growing an international brand's social media presence to 50,000 followers in 3 months, and founding and leading a cultural organisation across 3 years.
