The solution was to define and engage people strategies and enable adoption to learning/skills experience on a global scale, using systems such as Workday and ServiceNow. This role was part of the Learning and Development team and reported to the Director of this department.

    • Managing the programme calendar and invites for the core and key stakeholder meetings.
    • Tracking programme actions, risks and issues and following up with the owners.
    • Putting together status updates for key stakeholder groups and refining pre-read/status update decks.
    • Tracking and supporting delivery of key milestones and project plans using Smartsheet.
