The solution was to define and engage people strategies and enable adoption to learning/skills experience on a global scale, using systems such as Workday and ServiceNow. This role was part of the Learning and Development team and reported to the Director of this department.
- Managing the programme calendar and invites for the core and key stakeholder meetings.
- Tracking programme actions, risks and issues and following up with the owners.
- Putting together status updates for key stakeholder groups and refining pre-read/status update decks.
- Tracking and supporting delivery of key milestones and project plans using Smartsheet.
- Sending final comms and invites to training, focus groups, surveys and monitoring the progress.
- Manging capacity and resources across programme team, and flagging resourcing issues in line with overall programme plan
- Setting up and maintenance of SharePoint and Teams Site providing access for the team.

This carve out consisted of M365, Enterprise Application migration into Azure, consolidating service desks and re-organising the IT team structure.
