For this contract I was brought in to add support to the design team for one of the IAG Loyalty platforms. I joined a little while before the newly designed version had gone live, but still while future development was taking place. Plus, also helping with the large job of transitioning the whole platform design library from Sketch to Figma. With a view to merging and collaborating with the other design teams to future proof a new design system.

During this contract I was selected to work with a well know banking group. My main activity involved supporting the creation of a new customer facing banking APP feature. This was being rolled out across multiple brands within the banking group. I was actively collaborating with two dedicated teams from the discovery stage to user testing and analysis and all throughout the development phase. The role also involved with working closely with the third-party that were providing the APP features underlying framework via their API. The tools we used to give us the ability to co-ordinate with the in-house banking groups design team was Sketch, which we used for our design work, and Invision, which we used for prototypes.
