I've spent my career obsessed with one question: why do people do what they do?
That curiosity has taken me from designing digital experiences at a university incubator in the late nineties, through energy retail, advertising, and two decades deep in global healthcare strategy — and it still drives everything I do today.
I'm a strategist, but I think like a designer. I build frameworks, but I start with feelings. Whether I'm helping a pharmaceutical brand understand why a doctor hesitates before prescribing a new therapy, or coaching a leadership team to reimagine how they connect with their audience, I bring the same thing every time — a structured way of thinking wrapped around a genuinely human curiosity.
I've worked across four continents, facilitated workshops in nine countries, and helped some of the world's biggest healthcare brands launch products that genuinely change lives. But what I'm proudest of isn't the scale — it's the moments when a team suddenly sees their challenge differently.
