◦ Leading a team of a project manager, functional consultants, solution architects & business analysis to transform the highly manual export & domestic transports onto Blueyonder TMS platform.

◦ The implementation and redesign of processes will save in excess of £500K per annum in better optimized load building & transport planning and reduce FTE due to advanced automation of processes.

◦ Implementing AI agents alongside BY platform – incl AI training modules, AI masterdata extract and upload + extraction with data analysis.

Leading digital Transformation across Europe (Remote – Frequent travel to NL)

◦ Kramp — Europe's largest agricultural wholesaler, serving B2B and B2C customers across 11 countries with a complex, multi-node distribution network.

◦ Leading a multidisciplinary team of Product Owners, Analysts and Functional Specialists to define and execute a pan-European Supply Chain Strategy, while programme managing end-to-end digital transformation initiatives.

◦ Driving enterprise-wide transformation across ERP, OMS, TMS, WMS and Supply Planning platforms, aligning technology architecture with operational performance, scalability and commercial growth objectives.

◦ Delivering significant OPEX reduction through optimisation of warehouse logic, dynamic network fulfilment and inventory positioning — enabling later customer cut-off times for next-day delivery across Europe, increasing revenue while simultaneously improving margin via strategic vendor renegotiations and cost discipline.

• Leading a team of six to scale operational tech and process governance across UK, Ireland and Germany, supporting 6 depots, 1 superhub and ~200 3P driver crews daily.

• Program managing end-to-end rollout of WMS, TMS and delivery applications across UK/IE and Germany in partnership with global Product and Engineering.

• Partnering with EU & NA leadership, producing quarterly strategic planning (STO) documents and engaging CEO/COO on growth and network scale strategy.

• Defined and executed NA & EU supply chain technology and process strategy across first mile supplier pickup, middle-mile network flows and last-mile delivery, including deployment of advanced routing software and a proprietary delivery app.

• Delivered ~$20M cost reduction through route optimisation, increased stops per run and enhanced operational data visibility driving continuous efficiency improvements.

• Led transition from proof-of-concept in-house delivery model to fully scaled operation, expanding first-mile collection, middle-mile logistics and last-mile delivery capability.
