    Main Duties: Responsible for delivering the HR Shared Service operations for Employee HR Lifecycle, Payroll and Benefits processes for the 20,000+ UK GE businesses. Transacting in excess of 1200 Employee HR Lifecycle queries per week and processing payroll for 9 UK GE businesses across 60 UK locations. Key responsibilities: HR Shared Service lead and relationship manager for GE Capital Bank, GE Capital EMEA, GE Real Estate and Oil & Gas II. Managing BPO relationship with GENPACT for HR Lifecycle processes. Led and implemented simplification projects to continuously improve all service areas of responsibility using LEAN (DMAIC) and CAP methodologies across all areas of responsibility. Responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements and performance metrics exceed 90% timeliness (prior to commencement of role sporadic performance at less than 80%). Responsible for ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements. Working closely with HR operations leaders and change leaders on management processes, proactively identifying areas for improvement and leading effective transformation and integration projects. Key Achievements in Role:
    •Introduced simplified performance management process resulting in SLA completion rates consistently above 94% in respect of timeliness and 100% compliance across a range of accuracy measures.
    •Led the Implementation of the outsourced payroll process into business as usual.
    •Led the implementation and roll out of the FlexChoice 2011/2 scheme to at the time 19000 employees. GE's implementations of FlexChoice resulted in it being highly commended in the most 'effective use of a flexible benefits plan' at the 2012 Employee Benefits Awards.
    •Led the all-employee European HR Shared Services call 2011 (2000 participants).
    •Co-Led the delivery of Service Excellence as part of Europe wide initiative 2012. HR Core Systems Used: Oracle PeopleSoft, ADP and Ceridian Payroll. Team Management: Manager to Team Leaders (2) and overall team of 25 employees.
